Recruitment objects and conditions

1. Hongshen Brilliant Scholars

Qualifications: scholars who enjoy a high reputation in their research filed over the world and can lead their groups to catch up with or maintain the international advanced level in their field.

Remuneration Package:  Annual salary of 1.2 million yuan before tax, the settlement fee and the research start-up fee are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Hongshen Outstanding Scholars

Qualifications: Renowned professors at home and abroad who can lead their groups to catch up with or maintain the national leading level in their field, under the age of 55 in principle.

Remuneration Package: (1) Annual salary of 800,000 yuan before tax, and you can also enjoy high teaching and research bonus beyond the work tasks; (2) Be appointed as a professor and granted the qualification of doctoral supervisor; in addition to the scientific research funds provided by the state, the university provides 1 to 3 million yuan of scientific research start-up funds and scientific research platform supporting funds for science and engineering. (3) You can enjoy a settling-in allowance of 2 million yuan (including national and local). Our university will help solve the problems of spouse's work and children's enrollment, and provide other necessary working and living conditions.

3. Hongshen Excellent Scholars

Qualifications: (1) Under the age of 45; (2) Candidate need have independent scientific research ability, stable research direction, active academic thinking, deep academic attainments, with the potential to develop into a leader in the relevant field.

Remuneration Package: (1) Annual income of 600,000 yuan (including pre-tax annual salary, local talent allowance, housing provident fund and the full range of income paid by social security schools), and you can also enjoy high teaching and research bonus beyond the work tasks; (2) obtain a tenure-track position as a professor, granted doctoral supervisor qualification; (3) In addition to scientific research funds provided by the state, the university will provide 1 to 3 million yuan of scientific research start-up funds and research platform supporting funds for science and engineering; (4) The maximum settling-in allowance is 2.1 million yuan (including national and local); (5) The school will help solve some problems such as spouse's work and children's enrollment.

4. Hongshen Young Scholars

Qualifications: Applicants should be under the age of 35 with a PhD degree, have at least 2 years of academic work experience in principle, and should be assistant professors in overseas universities or research institutes or excellent young talents with similar experience and equivalent level.

Remuneration Package: (1) Annual income of 350,000 to 450,000 yuan (including pre-tax annual salary, local talent allowance, housing provident fund and the full range of income paid by social security schools), and high teaching and research bonus beyond the work tasks; (2) obtain a tenure-track position as a professor, granted doctoral supervisor qualification; (3) The University will provide 1 to 2 million yuan of scientific research start-up funds and research platform supporting funds for science and engineering; (4) The school provides 500,000 to 600,000 yuan (including national and local) as settling-in allowance; (5) The school will help solve some problems such as children's enrollment.

5. Hongshen Young Research Fellows

Qualifications: Applicants should be under the age of 35 years, and the time of obtaining a doctoral degree is generally not more than 3 years. Candidates should be excellent extramural doctor with independent scientific research ability, good team work spirit and great potential for academic development.

Remuneration Package:

(1) Salary (including salary, rental subsidy, social security, provident fund and tutor support) 370-400,000 yuan per year (special subsidy), 270-300,000 yuan per year (key subsidy), plus academic research awards provided by school.

(2) Other benefits:

If you are selected into the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program, the university will provide you supporting living allowance of 100,000 yuan per year and scientific research fund of 100,000 yuan per year during the two-year implementation period.

If you are selected into the National Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, the university will provide you supporting living allowance of 100,000 yuan per year during the two-year implementation period.

You can participate in the qualification assessment of the university's professional scientific research series.

If you participate in high-level international academic conferences, the university grants 15,000 yuan.

You can enjoy the same welfare treatment as in-service employee, and children can enter our school’s affiliated kindergarten and primary and secondary schools.

After leaving the station to work in Chongqing, Chongqing will subsidize 150,000 yuan.

6. Professor and Prospective Professor

Qualifications: Applicants should be extramural talents with a doctor's degree and high academic attainments, whose academic achievements in the past 5 years are higher than or almost equal to the academic level of senior positions in the corresponding disciplines of our university. The age of science and engineering is generally not more than 45 years old.

Remuneration Package: performance pay for executive positions; The settling-in allowance is 400,000-600,000 yuan; The scientific research start-up fund of science and engineering is 600,000-1 million yuan.

7. Associate Professor and Prospective Associate Professor

Qualifications: Applicants should be extramural talents or post-doctoral students with a PhD degree and good academic potential, whose academic achievements are higher than or almost equal to the academic level of associate senior post evaluation in the corresponding discipline of our university. The age of science and engineering is generally less than 35 years old.

Remuneration Package: The settling-in allowance is 250,000 yuan; The scientific research start-up fund of science and engineering is 200,000-300,000 yuan.
