*个人简介:

郑玉杰,重庆大学能源与动力工程学院青年教师。2017年毕业于新加坡国立大学物理系,获博士学位。2013毕业于四川大学物理学(基地班),获学士学位。2012年申请到新加坡国立大学研究生全额奖学金,2013年四川大学优秀毕业生。201711月至20184月于新加坡二维超材料中心做博士后,20185月至201811月于重庆赛宝工业技术研究院任高级研发工程师。研究方向是新能源、功能材料结构与物理化学性质的理论研究,揭示了二维半导体材料可以有效地屏蔽其与有机分子形成的二维范德瓦尔斯异质结,发现了氧气分子(O2)很容易通过硒空穴(Se vacancies)催化解离吸附形成氧取代(O-passivated Se)和氧间隙(O interstitials)缺陷,且氧间隙缺陷应该是目前实验室观测到的单光子发射源之一。现已发表SCI论文12篇,会议论文2篇,其中期刊影响因子10以上的论文10篇。
